24/7 Prayer, Praise, Worship and Intercession
Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence.

The answer for lasting transformation
We read in Revelation 4:8 that “Day and night, they never ceased to say “Holy Holy Holy, is the LORD God Almighty who was and is and is to come,” Around the throne there is a continuous stream of worship that is being lifted up to the Lamb Who Sits on the Throne. He is the Alpha and the Omega and is the focus of all worship and every being ever created, was created to worship Him. Continuous worship is the primary activity that takes place around the throne.
This kind of 24/7 Worship is not just done by an individual but is done in cooperation with others in the Body of Christ. In some places they have a specific place where people come to worship during their one or two hour time slot. This can be difficult with transport. However, If each family in a given fellowship or community takes a one or two hour period when they worship in their home, they can easily cover the 24 hour period with worship. Because those who are participating in 24/7 worship live in different parts of the community, they will begin to raise up a canopy (or covering) of worship over the community where the Presence of the Lord will begin to be felt.
Although we could never technically participate in this kind of worship because of our need for food, sleep, exercise etc, we must make worship a lifestyle and it must be our heart attitude. We take worship wherever we go and our mind is conditioned to worship at work, at school, at the market in the store or while driving. Worship is not just words or music, but it comes deep from our spirit. Words and music are just an expression of what is in our hearts.
Worship is not just to be done among the congregation on Saturday or Sunday. Each home must be a house of worship. The worship that takes place when we gather with other believers must be an extension of what is already taking place in the home. There is evidence in the Old Testament that families had altars where they worshiped, called upon the name of the Lord and made sacrifices (see Judges 6:25-26, Job 1:5). It is time to rebuild the family altars of worship so that the next generation grows up in the presence and fear of the Lord.
